Have a problem guys :
Actually I have TWRP and Pixel Experience, I wanna try this rom.

So, I just download the .rar
Wipes by twrp
.rar from pc to internal storage
flash

But it seems this is not a full rom but an update. When flashing is over, I reboot but stuck on TWRP. What's wrong ?

Maybe you shoud flash fastboot stock ROM first as you are not on MIUI. Than TWRP, format data etc following the steps in OP...

But I'm not sure, just an idea.

Flashing fastboot rom to reset a device to stock is a good idea if everything else fails.

In this case I'd say a simple flashing as described in post #1 does the job. Pixel Experience does not mess up other partitions.
But you have to FORMAT data.

One thing is confusing. What ist the .rar your are talking about? Try to avoid flashing the firmware of your fridge to your mobile phone. ;-)

You can change animation speed in developer options. I use 0.5

You're more than welcome to make it stable yourself. We're not using the alpha launcher again.
