Ok. Took me lots of reboots, frustration and restoring of backups, but it seems the "accessibility" in the settings are causing big problems. Either activated greenify or audiocontrol causes permanent fc's of systemui!

Have you gotten in settings and changed the SMS sending via free SMS provider from Xaiomi? If yes,please turn it off.

I have Xiaomi account (and it's working right) but I don't use MiCloud.
Did you try other language? English or Chinesse?
Try @krischen62 idea and pls report back.
If still not working I will try to fix it into next release
Do you use Power Saving mode? With Normal mode I haven't got problem.
Same as JB settings.

Wajk, i have tried all the languages, the problem did not dissapear. The @krischen62 idea did not help as well.

I found very silly bug,if you go to setting and keep tapping on Android version,you will get Kitkat easter egg but if you keep tapping you will not find Kitkat tiles but Jelly Beans.

I had the same problem , but I fixed it....The annoying message started show up probably one week ago when I changed phone number . So I went to settings Xiaomi account, change phone number for new one and the issue disappeared

I don't understand fully that language, but if you can make screens about bugs, I will try to fix it.
Anyway I don't touch translation.

I just flashed the rom, it boots correctly but the phone can't detect my sim card (it's an italian sim card, don't know if it means something).
I performed a full wipe and have the latest CWM.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I can't confirm. Working right here and also the flaslight on lockscreen.
Try full wipe and try default language just for test, and report back
ROM reuploaded with Russian support.
Pls download ROM again and test it.

I have the same problem, using Italian language.
Furthermore, long press home button turns on the flashlight instead of task manager. Lockscreen is also not working. (After waking the phone from standby it displays the homescreen, bypassing lockscreen.)
All this after a clean install
Maybe we shouldn't have done a full wipe

Confirmed! ROM removed, under fixing!
Sorry guys, I haven't got time for Full Wipe testing, now.
I flash 4.5.25 over 4.5.16 only with Wipe Cache.
Update: bug found, sorry guys.
Fixed, tested, full ROM under uploading.... approx 2h.
