I just remembered that the backup app can't restore the accounts can any one address it, also tried with titanium and it can't restore them either so it may actually be a rom issue, i got this problem since first jb release

Found solution, first you restore system data with titanium then before restarting you also restore with built in backup app and the accounts restore fine, so not a ROM issue but app issue since titanium can only recreate the db file and backup can only write in it
