Nope.. Human eye can only see 24 frames per second... so its normal...

If you want to avoid contact and dialer FC then go back to 6.6.7. This version is free from this issue

Flash 5.12.17 twice, flash twrp, flash rom.
Or flash latest china dev with miflash, it doesn't matter as long as you merge the partition.

in my opinion much better even in low light
