"OTA" or manually applying it = no difference.
Let's try this question again. I see there's an updater app embedded, presumably in the Android side. Does it work like MIUI and PE where it notifies you for an update? Does it handle the update through Android or do you need to boot into recovery and apply the [update] rom from there?Tort5
OTA = Over-the-air
It does not mean that the ROM will install itself.
it restarts into recovery mode and installs the update afaik.Let's try this question again. I see there's an updater app embedded, presumably in the Android side. try to redownload the rom.Hello! Help is needed. I updated 11T Pro from 13.0.8.0 to 14.0.1.0 via fastboot. Got a bootloop. The stock recovery can be loaded. Repair mode returns to the recovery menu. Safe mod returns to fastboot. Tried to flash again. No result. I really don't want to do a full reset. Can something be done in this situation?
md5 and sha1 are the same, so the download is correct..try to redownload the rom.

I rolled back the firmware to 13.0.8.0 and it worked. But, I didn't stop there. I flashed 14.0.1.0 again and got a bootloop again) Now I returned everything as it was. Ok, I have installed MIUI 14 and is running smoothly, no bugs, no slowness , no drain battery, I have to say, dev team is amazing and very talented, this is the first ROM where everything is working as expected, even the old bugs are fixed, kudos for you guys and definitely deserve more support with PayPal, I'm gonna send my donation.Hi Dev team
Is there any known bug in Miui 14 for Mi11TPro that we should keep in mind for this release?
thanks
It'll have a hybrid ROM next time Xiaomi releases a newer Stable version...Hello. I installed weekly updates via fastboot. But battery consumption is very high. Does Xiaomi 12 not have Fastboot Rom?
Mate, have u a keyboard issue? Like this?Just updated to 14.0.1.0 on my 11t Pro, everything appears to be fine enough except Android Auto. Massive issues with that, it appears that you can't use with AOD turned on, then I've had to turn autostart on for Android Auto and it works okay at the moment. But it still seems very buggy, so I'd hold off updating if you can to see if a proper fix comes out.
Yes, but when you get rid of the indicator that little arrow disappears. Think that's the only way to fix it. Miui is a bit annoying at times, regardless of using the Xiaomi.eu rom, as a base for an android system especially the global version it always seems so bare bones and full of bugs/glitches.Mate, have u a keyboard issue?
