Reboot recovery over and over again until it installs.I tried this right now with my Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and it couldnt install because of a Error 1.
system_root couldnt be mounted (No such file or directory)michelleDeko
Reboot into TWRP and install the ROM. If it ends with error 1. repeat the process.
Reboot and try to install. Repeat if needed. It will work eventually. It took me about 5 reboots, but it may take less or more.system_root couldnt be mounted (No such file or directory)
same with "system_ext" and "product"
finally someone who understands the problem and doesn't make suggestions that can't be implementedBut... xiaomi 12 is not a poco F3
Also me not understanding how to flash Xiaomi 12 ROM --> can't find xiaomi 12 in twrp.me
You already received an answer with instructions in your previous question. Did you read it?

its described in the howto… you only have to read itHow to put TWRP on the phone? According to my acquaintance, it is no longer the same as, for example, in the case of the MI 10T Pro

look here…I have been trying to install the new recovery ROM update on my MI 11 and I can not get TWRP to decrypt the data on my phone. I am using the recommended version of TWRP from this thread and it does not decrypt. It doesn't ask for my PIN number when TWRP boots up and if I try to decrypt data through the Mount Partition menu my PIN number is rejected. I have rebooted my phone more than a dozen times and it doesn't matter. Do I need to remove my PIN to do the installation since TWRP can't decrypt the data? Do I need to start over by reflashing the last version of the fastboot ROM with data format, set up my pin, and then immediately try to update to the recovery ROM? Do I wait until there's another version of TWRP? Can anyone who successfully updated to the latest recovery ROM on their MI 11 give me some help? I don't care if the steps are supposed to be the same because each MI 11 model uses a different TWRP build and each MI 11 ROM has different code so what is working for the MI 11 Ultra might not be working for the MI 11 even if in a perfect world all of the installation and troubleshooting steps should be exactly the same.
if there is fastboot in the fieame -> fastbootHi guys!
HMNote 10 pro,i flashed the miui 13 with A12 on the device, it s working flawless. I checked for update a few minutes ago,,so ii found a newer version.. Question is, can i update from the system, or need flash it via fastboot again?
THnx
I already read that multiple times and I already tried that multiple times before I posted my message. Nothing in that guide is allowing me to install the new recovery version of MIUI13 over the fastboot version of MIUI13 because nothing that I have tried allows me to decrypt the data on my phone using TWRP. I have tried the official TWRP and two different builds of TWRP that were referenced in this thread. One is a very recent build from this month. It doesn't work any better than the other two TWRP builds that I've tried. This line in the instructions for what to do if TWRP can't decrypt data is not completely clear to me: "change between PIN/Pattern/Password or remove it and try it again." Does that mean completely removing the pin or changing my pin or switching from PIN to password? And has that actually worked for anyone installing the new recovery ROM over the fastboot ROM? I am trying everything in the guides. I have tried specific solutions people said worked with their non-MI 11 models and those solutions have not worked. That's why I'm looking for something that has worked specifically for a MI 11 owner. I have the Chinese hardware model MI11, not the Global hardware model. I don't know if that is causing any issues but I had no problems installing the fastboot ROM. When I boot into stock recovery it's in Chinese. I have a translation of what each button means and there isn't any way to boot directly into fastboot from the stock Chinese recovery and there isn't any way I have found to reboot from TWRP directly back into TWRP because it goes to the stock Chinese recovery instead. I guess I'll just try removing the PIN and reflashing the fastboot ROM and losing all of my data since nobody seems to be able to give me a clear answer. Thanks anyway.
I can't tell if TWRP for the MI 11 is working right or not because I can't find a post where someone successfully installed the recovery ROM on their MI 11. Maybe somebody did and I'm missing the post but it looks like everyone who has successfully installed the recovery ROM so far did it on a different model. If there is a functional TWRP for the given device, only the recovery ROM will be issued.
If TWRP stops working when you upgrade to Android 13 (or for some other reason), a fastboot ROM will be released.
TJank you, but anyway am i able to do OTA, or not a chance?if there is fastboot in the fieame -> fastboot
if there is no fastboot in the filename -> twrp
