Can't install apps through qooapp. Have "INSTALL_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR: Permission Denied."
All was ok on CN stable 11 miui.

How to istall stable rom over weekly? On Mi9 I was using weekly build but I wanted to switch to stable... Downloaded rom.. in twrp cleared data, cache, dalvik, system... Installe stable rom, but phone does not turn on... Locked on MI logo... If I wipe data again and install weekly build everything works normaly

Can i install to this global rom or should i change to eu rom ?

You can install xiaomi.eu ROM from any Official MIUI ROM. Do not forget to "Format Data" in TWRP and that's all.

Should be OK. I use 3.3.1-15 by mauronofrio and it works fine.

Check the end of the ROM's filename:

..._v11-9.zip = MIUI 11 with Android 9
..._v11-10.zip = MIUI 11 with Android 10

you were in trouble with your phone with many issue. I suggested you to reset it with Miflash fastboot official rom.
Have you done it?
this is the best way to restart from a stable basis.

I've just read I shouldn't have wiped the System... Is it a problem?

Hello, your phone was on MIUI 11 Beta/Weekly ROM and you installed, WITHOUT wiping data / factory reset, MIUI 11 Stable so that's why...
