Hello,
I put 10.3.4.0 on Mi8 ... I try to root with magisk ... 19.3. and I'm getting into a bootloop. I'm missing something ?

I flashed 10.3.4 over 10.3.3 dirty and magisk immediately after the rom. Reboot was fine.
Rom is running without serious issues. Security patch from June. But it's eating battery like the last weeklies.
Going back to 10.3.3.
Mi6 10.4 stable long press home button doesn't start Google assistant .
Why was the stable 10.3.5 removed for Poco F1?

Permanent notifications are working with this version?
There is an option, notifications style (Android/Miui) but it seems to be not working!?

Go complain to Xiaomi for not releasing a Stable V10.3 yet when most other devices got one already.

Confirmed. Unable to connect to camera with camera app in portrait mode in Mi 8. Working fine with *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum*.

Sadly it looks like a "no"
Xiaomi.eu team doesn't build old versions of MIUI like 10.1/10.2 because of compatibility issues with their mods (as far as I know), just 10.3+
