I checked everything but the problem is not solved PC does not see connected device. - check cable and ports - check functionality of drivers in PC - try connecting via USB _ 2.0 or HUB - try disconnecting device > restart fastboot > connect to PC

I'm encountering a similar behavior as the people before; I don't see much parallels to what you linked. There isn't a traditional "crash" and also not only when installing.
What im encountering: When (re)booting, it first takes a long time on MI-Logo, then restarts the boot from scratch. On this 2nd boot, it goes through without observable issues, but takes slightly longer than on the ROM versions before.

To be honest, the firmware is so-so, there are a lot of shortcomings, and if you consider that the developers do not want to fix a huge number of bugs and errors, but just write give me for beer, then it looks more like a beggars' club. With such an attitude, no one will sit on this buggy firmware and I am one of them!! Anything but this crap!

What changes? They can't remove the incomplete translation, it's a very difficult problem! There are many places in the firmware that don't have Russian translation, you write, and your posts are deleted, supposedly they don't owe anyone anything! It seems to me that if you've taken on this task, you need to do it well or not do it at all! Unfortunately, because of this attitude, a huge number of people are leaving Xiaomi EU firmware, I'll be switching to firmware from other authors!

Feel free to complain to Russian translator that he's not up to date. Or even better, add missing translations to Russian repository yourself. It's easy after all according to you, isn't it?

Nobody forced you to use our ROM, like Igor said.
