Install the Chinese version without locking the bootloader, and then xiaomi.eu via fastboot mode

, seems like indian units have this problem with this TWRP. exact same problem I have was described by another indian user. here

so for now re flashed stock rom via mi flash, updated a15 rom via fastboot, staying away from twrp. need to figure out rooting via fastboot isi at all its possible.

As written in first post, wiping data is not required. You have to flash via fastboot since TWRP isn't able to decrypt data.

i dont see any errors, thars the normal proces, that file its too big

You shouldn't have stopped it, it's normal for it to take a while, when it's ready it closes itself (cmd) and the phone booth itself
