It is useless to download the ROM to your mobile. You do not have a working TWRP and therefore cannot update the device.
Download the ROM to your PC and update via fastboot.

It IS a dual app. I deinstalled it.

Is there any chance that AndroidSystemIntelligence (and/or PrivateComputeServices) could be included as well? These are required for features including Live Caption and Live Translate (to English), and some other accessibility features like using the device with hearing aids - would be super helpful for people with hearing difficulties too.

You could use a shell command to achieve this.
There is also a downloadable tasker task to easily do this.

Known and already answered. You have to flash TWRP again after every ROM update since A15, if you want to use it.
