[FIX] TTS Bug in miui v5

Finally i get the right idea i have fixed the tts bug in miui v5, this is the step

1)download the file
2)with any file explorer with root access copy the file to system/lib
3)overwrite the existing files
4)reboot and enjoy tts bug fixed

Confirmed. Replaced lib in MIUIAndroid 3.5.17, rebootet, TTS started working. Nevertheless back to stock Android

i am using S3 Miui V5 3.10.5 google voice and tts opens up but not active microphone. i talking but not voice detect.
bad english so sorry.

i want to let you know another solution is change gapps. Try to flash another pack and be sure of download the language pack.

downloaded and installed it yesterday evening MIUI_I9305_3.10.18 English version. worked all google services ( google voice and voice dialer) But Turkish language does not.I am deleted this is rom.

the following files are in me;
Rom : miui_nian-i9305-3.9.27.zip ( 4.2.2) ( multilanguage ) (Turkish contains)
Gapps : gapps-jb-20130812-signed.zip

Do you have another gapss application that I can?
