Does it effect any settings or apps that my region is nor my country excpe that?

Phone is smooth, I forgot how fast this phone was... Tomorrow I will check battery drain, but at this moment it seems fine.
No problems, no FC, and... Really... The phone is amazingly fast !
I did 3 reboots (waiting some minutes when the phone started to reboot).
I'm so happy with this rom.

No.
I tried to change colours and it worked, I tried to charge the phone and the led.worked, but I'm trying WhatsApp and telegram without success.
O have a mi note 3 and i am using Xiaomi eu 9.6 from last week and my region only shows China does not have any more regions. Is this right???

Update my Mi5s but face recognition is gone. Changing my region in Miui Account setting is an option not available as the keyboard doesn't come out. Get back to previous version (8.3.22) as the recent weekly roms look like a downgrade to me. Thanks for your efforts anyway. I'm still convinced that it is the case to test well a rom before giving it to public, what would it change for people waiting till friday or saturday? Better wait 1 or 2 days more and publicing a well tested rom than anticipate this on Thursday having this mess of changing region, mount a partition, clear it and so on.

Mi note 2 here.
Less lag, but a lot slower on tests and on boot.
Takes a long time to boot and Open homescreen and apps.
No errors so far.
For example, Lost 30.000 points on AnTuTu since last update.
But seems to flow better, less lag.

Face unlock is gone. Xiaomi disabled it for some regions. You might be able to change your region when you go to settings and search for "region".
MIX bug report 8.4.4 so far:
~ Lockscreen is very very laggy, if you move to the options on the left and come back its very laggy and if you go to camera from lockscreen it cant connect to the camera.
~ Fullscreen doesnt work for camera app, black bar on bottom.

The only "region" I found is in Miui account settings but as I wrote before it doesn't give me the option to change it.
MI6 here,
had my phone for 3 weeks, so far can not for the life of me stop idle battery drain.
currently also have s8+, note 4 Samsung none exhibit this drain overnight.
on 8.3.29, drain is still there with micro wakelocks draining the battery.
with the latest 8.4.04 I observed the following, while device in use the charging now is limited to 500 mah or there about, fast charging kicks in when screen is off.
also latest update 8.4.04 broke Exchange account in native email app, mail app fails to obtain device admin, working fine with Gmail app, so it's an app issue not framework.
