It's not strange. It's matter of phone popularity rather than its hardware as between sd820 and 821 is very small difference. It is quite oblivious that flagship series (mi6, mi5) gets updates faster and it's variants and other models have to wait a bit longer.

But that SD821 models are more recent than MI5 and they are flagships too (I think), the updates should follow a kind of order. I think its funny because Xiaomi updates the phones some kind a "randomly", and some models are always behind (like Mi5s), Mi Note 3 is also behind Mi5 and its a newer phone that should be updated first... (Experts say that is the the best Xiaomi camera ever on a phone). However this week rom on my mi5s its awesome! Everything works as it should! Keep the good job @ingbrzy and all the comunity.

I do a clean install in the last weekend after the same problem...

Mi5s is flagship variant only. Look other brands like Samsung or LG - they follow similar pattern in matter of updates. Release date is not the most important part

It's only temporary fix, for most users it works only until reboot.

I just noticed, the sound quality in Video recording is terrible...
AFAIK it was fixed in september?
Any chance with factory reset? Or should i format data and reinstall clean latest beta?
Any Solutions are welcome.

Answering myself:
Factory reset (all partitions) and reflash latest Beta 8.3.8 with TWRP solved the issue

Telegram notifications stills not working (since MIUI 9 first version)
Telegram notifications delays some hours to show. If you receive a messeage only can view entering the app, some times takes a few hours to show notifications, so app is unusable to comunicate ... Please, fix it.

My Telegram notification work perfectly. Maybe you have to check Telegram app permits.

But when it really is a "MTK-Problem" say should fix this new problem quickly...
Because the MTK was there first...and it worked before...
