With the latest update for Mi 8 (dipper), my Whatsapp Web is not working anymore...

The camera cannot recognize the QR code for WA Web. Anyone here experienced the same issue?

*edit: It's working now after a couple of restarts. It's weird, though...

*edit: AdAway also not working, even after clicking on Systemless Hosts in Magisk Manager.
Hey there,

My what s app web is still working, but my devices were all registered so no need to scan the QR code...

So far the version is good but I think I lost my Face data, I just recreated it and it is working now :) no big deal and well done to the team !
 
Thanks for the update. Install on MI8. First impression, works nice but :
- Still have this problem in messenge app (sms), the contact names don't appears instantly, but shows firs with phone numbers (don't know if i'm clear enough ! ).
- Slow motion in 240 and 960 working but screen is blinking
- Had to reconfigure the face unlock but that's not big deal
....
Agreed. The messaging app is very annoying, even contact photos takes too long to load and contact names. What happened here?

Mi8 works fine with this release - Dirty flash via TWRP over 8.11.29.

Hello

It's just a warning that doesn't have much to do with the Rom, but I want you to know that Mido doesn't seem to be compatibile with Magisk 18. Once installed, the message "The system has been destroyed" appears on reboot.
 
I had the issue and installed skipping the zip verification
On the Mix2s this worked fine.

I guess some internal descriptor is not right, making the verification fail, but the ROM is fine to install.

I rather install when the verifications pass, but this time I did the exception as I saw multiple people saying that the ROM works fine.
problems when downloading and reading MD5... any solution for this pls? :)

Ok Google not working on Mi Mix 3.
I can record my voice but after that the switch to enable is grayed
 
Hi,

Since version 8.11.29, the touch screen has strange reactions, I press an icon on the edges and that page changes, etc.
This bug is reported by several members on facebook group [FR] POCOPHONE F1 and it's present on this update (8.12.7)
 
in my mi8 EE i cant play anymore Simpsons Tapped out. when i start the game it begins to downloading updates and force close.

Where can i modify it ? now telephone in Vietnam changed.
Ex; old number 039 is Ha Tinh Province but now change to Viettel.
Plese tell me how to modify it.
