Confirmed but as I remember it has been existing for a while...7.7.20 and there is still a problem on the lock screen. In the status bar, they are always white icons. When the status bar is released, they are black.

On my Redmi 4X this feature was turned off (I'm not sure 100%, but I think it was turned on for me before v7.7.20), but when I turn on, works like a charm.
On my Mi Mix when I change between spaces quickly, or when I open any app immediately after change spaces the Bluetooth turned off.

What about Redmi 2 Pro which have MIUI 8.6 on official page en.miui.com/download-261.html but no MIUI 8.6 in Xiaomi.eu edition?

Where do you turn it on? In Settings - Additional settings - Buttons I only have long press volume down...
Edit: nevermind, found it under Lock screen settings. It was turned off automatically with 7.7.6 or 7.7.13 for me. Now it is OK. Thanks!

The newest version for Redmi 2 Pro on miui.com is 7.6.8 (MIUI 8.6). As I know on xiaomi.eu the newest version for Redmi 2 pro is version 7.3.30 (MIUI 8.3). I think it's two different versions.
MIUI 9 on the Note 4X will be based on 6 like the stable rom or on 7 like the dev rom?

I see, but why if on official it still have support of Xiaomi and they realease new version of MIUI? BTW do you know why when I installed this version from miui.com my phone can't connected with mobile network, only when I install version xiaomi.eu it work?
