Mi4c. So far so good after 11 hours of use. Everything working fine.
As for new features here are the ones I've spotted so far (other than the general changelog):
-Text insertion in photos added.
-Icons corrected inside security APP.
-New icon for fast charging.

Mi4S. Everything is working, except play market. No awful screen animation, tap sounds not in use.
Installed via mi4c 3.0.3 twrp from 7.3.16.

Playstore issue is Google issue I guess, I downloaded this version of old Playstore .apk here: https://jalantikus.com/apps/download/1199/

And I could do the apps updates without re-uninstalling updates of Playstore every time I want to download/update apps.

I had the same problem with widgets but was resolved with a clean installation 7.4.6. Play Store problems "Waiting for Wi-Fi" still exists
