Hello guys, I have a few questions and compare it with the global official ROM:
1). Sound quality and volume in headphones compared to the official ROM?;
2). The quality of recording a microphone in third-party applications is better than in the official?;
3). Native controller support DualShock 4?
I'm worried about these three questions, because the official ROM does not suit me on these issues

Bricked my mi5 trying to update to this version. I was on xiaomi.eu 8.2.0 stable, wiped dalvik and cache and flashed the zip. but it didn't advance "package extract file took 00s" after the "Installing MIUI update..." waited more than 1hour.
then I forced reboot by adb and now It won't boot, just RELINK HS-USB QDLoader 9008

Just a question about MI5/Nougat stability:
I've updated over a clean install of the Chinese MIUI7 to the last MIUI8/Marshmallow (which was stable), then got all the Nougat updates.
I still experience some app FCs (and very rare reboots); is it still normal with this version or would a new wipe fix it? Or should I pass to the new stable version?

It's really hard to bricked while flashing rom in TWRP. I had the same problem as you when updated to this weekly release, stucked at "package extract file took 00s" too, then I enter fastboot mode and flash fastboot rom and my phone boot.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 wifi don't scan regularly. For example, other android phones see 5 wireless network at same place, but my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 see 1 wireless network. I noticed that on new version. Please fix it.

I want to know about "wipe Data", all customizations that i've changed at system configurations, like auto-start apps, background data use, SIM name, phone name, APPs permissions, wifi hotspot name/password, sound customizations, default apps, etc.
When I'm switching from miui.eu stable to miui.eu weekly beta, if i didn't wipe Data, this customizations will be there and (probably) i've no major problems?
The only case i've don't make a full wipe is on weekly updates, otherwise, i always wipe data, dalvik, cache, system, cust, except internal storage.

On MI5, battery life is much better (I never run out of battery before night now!) but I still experience some FCs, don't know if they would go away after a wipe
after few days i found little bug. Mi5s usually i turn on rotate lock, in app that use landscape mode it rotate it self even when rotate was lock. now it doesn't. can someone confirm this?

I have Mi 5 32Gb. i flashed this build 2 days ago and i had a bug. Sometimes my phone goes mute and no sound on notifications or calls. I have to restart the phone to fix it. Please tell me how to completely fix it. Thanks.

how about blocklist ? start from miui 8 and 8.x eu cant sync all my blocklist, if clean install all gone no like miui 7.5.3.0 eu & 8/8x multirom
fyi, i am using redmi note 2 & redmi note 3g

I don't really know why, i found it on popular forum (4pda) when i faced the same problem as you did. I tried official.twrp-3.1.0-0-libra.img and twrp-3.0.2-0-libra.img - both didn't work properly.

Guys i installed the latest version for mi2s and music playback is not working properly no matter the music player app I use (built in or other). It skips beats during playback. Everything in the background is closed and I already tried cleaning up all caches etc... I think it's a rom issue. Can you fix this?
Surely is the best nougat rom about battery life, even it can outperforms most of lollipop rom in terms of battery life and performance.
