This is not an issue. It is private messaging that is a great feature mostly used for messaging with secret lover
Open messaging app > > tap on private messaging settings at the bottom > remove your wife phone number > done

Does your SoC support AptX? Ask Qualcomm..

Everything seamed to be fine with this room but today the phone lost the screen and fingerprint lock . So it was opening only with the swipe up.
Another thing is that the swipe from the bottom search still doesn't work.

Private messaging feature is available for your device too for sure. After pulling down messaging window first you have to enter your Mi account password and then give unlock pattern. After that you can already use this feature...This menu is not available on my Redmi 3.
