About the Redmi 4A: The Global Beta Official MIUI 9 ROM is based on Android 7.1.2, and it seems that the european ROM is only 6.0?

As stated:

Based on China Stable / Weekly builds (except HMNote3SE)

So if China Stable/Weekly ROM used isn't Nougat based yet, xiaomi.eu isn't.

1.Postponed=delayed
2. Suspended.
Option 1 and 2 are not same.
