Does the sound notification
It had permission to access storage when i was using 7.11.2, messages silently arrived.
Are you talking about the new 7.11.9? Haven't tried that one, going to skip it if the notif bugs still there.
It's a little bid unusual, there is changes preview for Global Dev but not for China Dev...

Already checked, and already had permissions.
It must be something more tricky to solve, cause Xiaomi hasn't been able to solve it for several weeklies.
Maybe they are setting up all that will be necessary for the new notifications design?
They got taken down, I was downloading it. Can't resume downloading.

I've downloaded 7.11.9 for Mi6 & Mi4c successfully.. And installed it on Mi6, no problem so far..(lang: EN)

I never face such bugs all this time.. And i don't use telegram.. Others fine.. As always

How lucky, guess this bug only happens to ALL Android N devices 7.10.26, 7.11.2, except Mi 6

I installed for 7.11.9 and them cancel rom ,and remove from sever Probably I'm the only one who installed it.

Everybody is suffering from this bugs, I was forced to 'downgrade' because I really need the notification sound.

I'm having a bug that stops my notification LED from blinking for apps except phone and SMS.. anybody else facing this?
Not sure if it's a bug with the theme or with xiaomi.eu, but whenever I have a theme that turns Settings dark, Settings automatically reverts to being light after a while.
It also happens to me in the redmi note 4x ... SMS and calls has led notification light, in whassap I have icon and sound but not led light since last week
