If you mean by developer this weekly roms, in theory, wiping cache and dalvik is enough. If you'll have issue or wish to be sure wipe data also.

Yeah...download ROM, copy it to internal storage and choose update package via updater app

I found that 8.0.1.0 ROM for LEO is not so good in terms of power consumption. The battery is draining very fast during the day. I can see that Xiaomi released 8.0.2.0 ROM and there is an info in a changelog that power consuming was improved. Could you please compile xiaomi.eu version of stable 8.0.2.0 ROM for LEO?

If you wish to use eu roms, forget ota, download it manually from pc.
