I always have the same problem, when I lock the phone the wifi is connected but does not work (for example, if I'm downloading something the download stops) and then restarts when I unlock the phone. I don't know how to do,you have any solution? Thank you.

Go to Settings - WLAN - Advanced settings and check "Keep WLAN on during sleep"
Let me know if is that the problem!

Smooth and flawless update again on Mi4 LTE, thanks a lot
Since April I`ve installed every weekly MIUI7 and every MIUI8 update without wiping anything, always with updater
Aliexpress app is indeed fully functional after latest update
No space key problem(mentioned several times here) with mi browser and SwiftKey

- calc work properly but still without Mem fonction.
- superSu has binary worked after update requested by google play
- aliexpress also updated today work without problems.
only one problem stay on my Mi4s. I can't use usb key via OTG. problem allready posted previously but still not answered.
please if someone can test on Mi4s and say me result I will be a lot grateful

Good to know that you got successfully installed via twrp, but I can't help you with OTG. I have Mi4.

updater hasn´t ever found any new version to download, always have to do it manually

Did you do a backup? Every time, just before upgrade the rom, I do an internal back up, so If something get wrong I take the backup.

No I didn't do a full wipe, so I'll try that.

The quick charging issue as far as that app is correct and this is too low (?) I can confirm I'm getting amperage in the same range

So far so good on my HM2014813. No FC on the theme app with this rom (using Nova Launcher) & no waiting for ram to be released when tapping that wee cross. Even better - I now have a calculator, how did I manage without it? hahaha

I always upgraded the ROM each week. One day I realized that I didn't have this preferred network option, that was weird. One day I decided to downgraded MIUI to 21/4 version and suddenly the option was there. When MIUI 8 came I tried it and the option was still there.

I'm not telling you to do anything, but that is what I did.

Yup! sometime, after the first boot the prefere LTE Option is there but when i reboot the phone it's gone. So weird

Yes, confirmed. Same issue with mine.

Edited: It's actually working. Just tested with another app called System Monitor Lite and all cores are working. The issue is actualy with the CPU Spy app not detecting the 4 active cores.
Also tested with Antutu and the score is 55k with performance option on and 47k with balanced option.

Yeah, with SML all cores seems work.

This version is very smooth but then again I never noticed any lags on my device. Playing is exactly the same as before. No issues there.
Do you have the 2gb ram version or the 3gb ram version? This could be the reason why your score is higher.

I had Mi4 Lte vers 2gb .
sometimes I also get Antutu <60K, sometimes i get >60k++ in dev eu. in the same rom version
Probably Antutu can`t be "perfect" for compare.
