from miui france, I'd do a TWRP backup and flash via update, then wipe data/cache. Should work. Let us know how it goes. I read 6.4.28 works well on mi4c.

I downloaded HERMES version directly after 1st upload 684mb (now it updated)
updated my redmi note2
now modem isn't working
no network, IMEIs,
I tried to install 6.4.21 via TWRP but modem didn't working
how to restore it?

In the previous rom on mi4c the battery was ok, i was satisfied.... Today i flashed 6.4.28 and with an 1h of screen with 3g on is at 63%.... Please fix that

If you made in past, some nand backup in TWRP, you can restore that image.
Mediatek is well known for losing eprom data, and for losing nvram information.

Try to search on en.miui.com - nvram backup or repair.

Same here (Mi4), since the last 3-4 builds i lose sometimes 50% in 5 min or less ...

It's not a Rom problem. It's one if TWRP bugs. Just need to leave the phone on the TWRP screen 5 minutes, leave its screen goes black and after these 5 minutes then you can have the touch function back.

50 percent battery in 5 minutes? So 10 minutes phone on and it's empty?
That cant be ROM issue, that's outrageous.
