First impression: Can not recognize any changes. Works like last weeks rom. Seems to be ok.

I honestly can not find differences between the last and 7.2.8..
I hope for an improvement of battery drain..

Just a bug there is on a lot of versions, i think miui.com related : the camera is zoomed in external apps like Snapchat.

But again the same issue on mi4c: if you set 4k video and after you close the camera app (also in background) it set automatically to 720p. Same if you reboot phone. No problem if you set 1080p

I was just about to ask has this been fixed. Seems no then. So far the solutions are:

Option #1:
Delete /system/priv-app/DownloadProviderUi/DownloadProviderUi.apk.

Option #2:
Install another download UI. Since you speak Russian, you can try DVGet first.
