every new Rom flash and Sync with mi cloud cost me 0.45 euro for an SMS sent for SIM activation.

It's a problem you shouldn't pay anything to flash the rom or sync with the cloud

Redmi Note 3G(Redmi Note 1) romanian language everything ok, Wsm Tools doesn't work anymore, after install Wsm Tools fix for miui 7,the phone doesn't boot, stock on miui logo. But, fortunately Xposed Installer for miui 7 works gest fine. Thank you all!

3 "random" reboots in about 2 hours with 6.3.24 on my MI4 Cancro, I had random reboots with the previous 2 Miui builds too usually a little after I lock the phone. I begin to wonder if it is an hardware related problem, power button malfunction, or it is Miui over MM the culprit... I hope the latter

It's not a problem. It's been like this since years now.

I have VIP account till 2017 decembrie.

Every time I'm charged for Sim activation... every single Rom clean flash.

Search for it.. it's a known issue.

I suggest you the same that was suggested to me: "Try with TWRP 2.8.7.0." You have to downgrade the recovery.

I'll be able to do it in the evening, because I don't have access to my pc now.

Guys, Cofface (chinese MIUI android developer) sent me the english version of its TWRP 3.0 for Mi 4c.
If you want to try, Dowload TWRP 3.0 by Cofface (this is the thread in en.miui.com http://en.miui.com/thread-211710-1-1.html)

P.S. Better you guys don't flash Team SuperLuminal TWRP for Mi 4c for now, their work is pretty messy in this moment and usually they focus mainly on CM roms.
They have released TWRP 3.0.0-0, 3.0.0-1, 3.0.0-2, 3.0.0-3 and 3.0.04 in less then a week and 3.0.0-2 had a serious bug when restoring a full backup that bootloops your phone.

I have successfully unlocked my bootloader (MI4C, libra) and flashed twrp.img via fastboot (updater can't verify update). Then I restarted into recovery but there is no twrp nor default recovery ...
So what is wrong here?
