In my case I've had to come back to 6.3.3 because it was stuck in the logo screen. Now I am checking the checksum of the file I have downloaded to discard it is corrupted.

EDIT: The checksum is correct.

I found the problem . you need to install TWRP first from here acording to your device and after that update the rom ►https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=50678

Yours is a slighly different problem:
The previous guys had the rom for the right device, but the identification showed wrong device;
You seem to have the rom for the wrong device AND the identification of the device is wrong too.
