yes this version works fine for everybody BUT NO OTG
this is why i was surprised
but keep the 2.8.7.0 of your redmi note 2 on the minote Pro if it works too
OTG and PC connection is the best in case of no boot

So in fact you have 2.8.6.0 on you MiNOTE PRO and not 2.8.7.0 i am lost

the OTG cable is the 100% tested (xiaomi one)
i make a new test with a second USB Key

He has 2.8.6.0 for leo on his Leo. Your USB OTG maybe doesn't work because your USB drve is NTFS?

Yeah I think you will need a flash drive formated to FAT32

use adb to push the rom.zip from your pc (need boot on twrp)

its take about 10min to copy rom.zip to sdcard using adb push

No Xiaomi.eu roms will never lock your bootloader.

i inistall official developer 6.1.14 but now i dont inistall your rom. how can i inistall this rom? my phone mi note pro (i am soryy for my bad english)

If you installed the China dev 6.1.14 build, then you'll have to unlock the bootloader. From there you can install TWRP and flash this ROM. Check the en.MIUI.com forums on how to request an unlock code to unlock the bootloader.
