Because this ROM is based on the China dev ROM, and Xiaomi haven't released an update in awhile due to testing Marshmallow.

There is a post in XDA forums stating that starting with 6.1.14 Roms The bootloader is getting locked

Otherwise You set AUtomatic ANSWER in INCOMING CALLS SETTINGS ---> ANSWER ---> AUTO-ANSWER then you set time to answer.

I've noticed in the last firmware significantly worse quality of the camera Xiaomi Redmi Note 2. When recording video autofocus works very poorly. Photo quality is also worse
In firmware 6.1.14 began working very bad auto brightness. Kindly requested to note please.
The best quality was on firmware 5.10.xx

Can please someone tell me why do we have to unlock the bootloader and use TWRP in order to flash xioami.eu multilag rom? How can we update from stable to Chinese developer rom through the updater app and not xiaomi.eu rom? (Haven't tried it yet.. Just asking in order to help a friend from another Country). Thank you.
Guys, how to add dialer to cleaner exceptions? I don't want it to be closed or cleaned by cleaner, hate when after half of hour it cold starts!
Lock in resent apps doesn't helps.

I just tried on my phone and you're right, it only turns to -90 and+90, not 180 degrees.
But I'm not even sure it used to do it... Because I'm still 2 versions behind, and it doesn't do that.

It's easy. Run cleaner and tap on desired app to expand it down, and tap on the expanded part, and now you can see the option add app to exceptions:
