In HM2014813, European Portuguese version:

Translation issues:
- definition->security->cleaning, translation is lost, everything is in English;
- Option "Flash when ringing" is in English.

"Prevent use when in pocket" stopped working (though option is on, and the proximity sensor works normally on calls);

Also, used to have the screen turn off after 1 min of inactivity, and lockscreen another min after that (could revive screen by pressing power during that second min);
Now, it immediately turns off and locks screen the first min, and can't find the option to set "turn off screen to 1 min" and "lock screen to +1 min".

(Strangely, after update it said "no SIM card", had to reboot to recognize the SIM... hope it's not a new bug, because I already have sometimes the "asking for pin out of nowhere", but never had a "no SIM card" before.)

I finally managed to flash 5.5.15 rom to redmi note 3g without any problems with twrp, but I changed twrp version to 2.8.4.0. I found this advice on en.miui.com forum from member Teutpi. I've used the weekly updates of MIUI V6 on my Redmi 1S WCDMA for several weeks now.
I came from MIUI V5 v50 and updated fom SD-card using TWRP 2.8.6.0. If did a factory reset to get a fresh start.

My biggest problems until now are:

1. Freezes of up to 20 seconds (Facebook, aCalendar, Candy Crush Soda, CM Browser, etc.)
   Even unable to answer calls, but I can here it ringing!!
2. Sudden battery drain (which seems to be related to the freezes).
   Sometimes I have over 10% left and within minutes it's empty.

Questions:

1. How are the experiences of other users with the same phone?
2. Does anybody have a "snappy" version running?
   
3. Any suggestions on what to do?
   Already did a factory reset (again) and cleared cache/dalvik after each update.

I dont get it... this is my best, i dont play any game, neither any high power consuming app.

at 500mA (thats what the phone consume with screen on) 7 hs will be 3500mAh, so how can you get that time if batteries are 3000mAh

Mi2 32GB, 5,5,15 w Unified Storage here. The music playback flaters when the device is locked. It's been an issue since 5.5.1. Tried to clear chache and app data and even reinstalled everything from scratch with flash_all, but the it's still here. Dolby is turned off, affects the default Music Player app and a number of downloadable too. Sent a few bugreports, but I'd like to know if there is anyone else with the same problem, or maybe I have some HW issue here?

Hi! I found a important bug on this version: when you creates a weather widget in desktop, the launcher crashes constantly, without option to manage anything.
I tried rebooting terminal, and have made wipes witout lucky.
The solution was installing rom again from recovery!

A (possible) bug report and a question.

Bug report first: when trying to import contacts from another phone, the buttons (xiaomi, apple, samsung etc) do not correspond the actual function. That is, they are "shifted". Pressing xiaomi, will open a page with apple phones. Pressing apple will open a list with samsung phones etc. This is a very old issue from MIUIv5 times, that does not exist in the official firmware. I'd be grateful if you could take care of it. For the record, the issue was still there with Acid's xiaomi.eu_multi_HM2014811_V6.5.1.0.KHJCNCD_v6-4.4.zip firmware, on a HM2014811 phone (Redmi 2 / 1Gb).

And the question: are there any fastboot files to "fix" a 2014813 (Redmi 2Gb) I just received? I will flash Acid's firmware later on, but I always fastboot flash the latest fastboot image.

Any help will be appreciated!

Why do you want to fastboot it?
My first installation in my 2014813 was using recovery, and all went well.

No... I installed the ROM two times more, and always with same result. The solution was reinstall ROM and don't create the weather widget! I believe that it's a bug. Thanks

Ok, I understand now.
You should say what device you have... could be specific to the ROM for your version.
(I don't use the native weather app, don't like it)
