Another 2 questions.
1. Is it possible to add Lithuanian locale?
2. Search. Why that search doesn't go into Internet and always hangs at Just a sec.. Or that's only me? Screen attached.
3. Cell broadcast. How to enable it and add custom channel?

My MI2's partition are not standard !
In past, I extend /data (userdata) partition to 8.0G
http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/mi2s-extending-size-of-storage-partition.21391/

ok, /system1 and /system will merge but is there any risk to brick my phone with non standard partitions ?

"Flash fastboot ROM with full wipe if you've modified device system partition before" Engish is not my native language and what I understand is that I flash and after make full wipe (cache, dalvik...) ? I'm correct ?

Thanks

I'm on sMIUI 5.11.26 and the SMS app keeps crashing when opening an SMS. Does this happen to anyone else? Redmi Note 2

I had the same problem with sMIUI 7.0.6.0 on my RN2 Prime. The Unicode MMS patch must be the cause, I had to overwrite the messaging app's APK with one I extracted from xiaomi.eu 7.0.6.0 ROM.

In this case first you have to flash 5.11.20 or newer China fastboot ROM via MiFlash with flash all, and then our ROM via updater app.

Hi guys, firstly I want to thank you for the great job you do for us every week.
I have a Mi Note and when I bought it, i installed a Stable Rom using Miui Recovery (this summer).
Since that moment I have been updating my Mi Note every week by OTA. I have never done a wipe cache or a dalvik cache. I want to ask you if it's better for me to do some wipe or if I can continue this way. Thanks in advance for any advices.
P.s. sorry for my bad English

Ângelo, you don't have the bugs I identified of the previous versions?
- after unplugging power at 100%, lightening symbol on status bar stays on, only disappears after dropping to 99%;
- music player controls from the shadow drop-down menu don't work (only work for 1 minute after you pause the music), it says "no music".
Thanks.

I have the same bug but i don't care. Is very good rom

go to settings and uncheck "Web"
Thanks, this helped. Any hint against FB messenger rings only once and then just vibrates but no more ring on Redmi Note 2. It's not just me, other users have the same sympthome.

Why are not all the changes from the weekly china developer rom from en.miui.com in this one?

You can wipe cache and dalvik. This way you cannot brake anything.

Little observation, WiFi enabled on charge only, but still always on
Dirty flashed on top 11.5
Cashe and dalvic cleared.
Another observation, why we should clear dalvic, if we on 5th android, who's uses JIT?
Regards.

I agree, I don't care much either (although the music controls are a pity), but just asked because the precious rom is good for me also, so for me, no need to update immediately.
Thanks!

Dear Developers,

Thanks for your hard work, but please also fix the slow download (xunlei) issue!
I checked and it seems this problem still with us on mi4c...

This ROM is very Good.... Bugs WIFI is resolved.... G4 LTE is Good... very fast and useful... THAT'S ALL FOLKS
I must test battery in next days.

Even though the root is successful using vroot
When u try to update adaway or using titanium backup it will say your device is not rooted.

So ..vroot is useless here
Have you tryed SuperSu?
