Installation:

Xiaomi devices (Except Hongmi):
  • Install via OTA or Updater app
Other OFFICIAL devices:
  • Install via OTA or Download and flash Multilang
  • REBOOT
  • Install Gapps
  • Gapps 4.1.x : HERE - Only for roms with 4.1 in file name.
  • Gapps 4.2.x : HERE - Only for roms with 4.2 in file name.
Other UNOFFICIAL devices and PORTS:
  • Download and flash our current Multi language ROM in CWM
  • REBOOT
  • Install Gapps
  • Gapps 4.1.x : HERE - Only for roms with 4.1 in file name.
  • Gapps 4.2.x : HERE - Only for roms with 4.2 in file name.
Translators:
  • Follow XML changes in ENGLISH v5 repo here
  • Our translation guide is here
  • Check for errors in your repo here

Notes:
  • All credits to @Roeano for T9 dialer mod - any issue or request report here
  • Xiaomi M1/S will not get Multilang v5 because of small /system partition.
  • Translators - you can now translate Simple clock widget clock here
  • MIUI Changelog + See CHANGELOG for your language...
  • Xiaomi changed rules for OTA and we cant use our servers anymore.. So we have to use only Xiaomi servers which are really slow.. sorry for that...
  • We have 2 Galaxy S4 roms: jfltexx (port) for GT-I9505 and official ja3g for GT-I9500 variant.
  • Gapps for Xiaomi Mione
  • New "International" MIUI Weather app doesn't support other locales than EN, CN, so we removed it from multilang release as its not real "International"... Otherwise, use WeatherBZ app...

When to use wipe cache & wipe dalvik cache? Before or after the ROM update? Or both?

Last time i installed it over Color OS, but it doesn't worked..


Did You look at this? Its a multilanguage MIUI rom for Find 5 on 4.2:

I have noticed, in this new rom, under the clock, there is this "Thunderstorm 24C".
What I know, weather app is not included. But why is it there?

Since samba capability is introduced to the file explorer, playing video through samba never works.
Using stock video player, received error "selected video format cannot be played".
Using mx player, "can't play this video".
But using ES file explorer, samba works just fine.

Edit: my claim of samba never works with stock file explorer may not be true. I will need to further test it. Hope someone can prove this. Thanks.

please check my ROM update solution. I just would like to make sure I do it properly:

1. Install CWM recovery 6.0.3.2 (2013.11.15) from MiRecovery
1. reboot to CWM recovery
2. wipe cache
3. wipe dalvik cache
4. install MIUI 4.1.10 from CWM Recovery
5. wipe cache
6. wipe dalvik cache
7. reboot

Thx in advance!
 
If you're coming from a different rom then you must do a factory reset too before/after step 5-6

Thx! One more question: Should I make wipe cache & dalvik cache on both, system1 and system2 sequentially? I have no TDB and I use the same ROM on both system. Thx in advance!
