just installed for galaxy s but there's no keyboard showing not even in language settings how come? browser doesnt seem to work also keeps on crashing

Anyone did get an actually working fix for the GPS problem? I installed Gapps; I turn on and off the GPs like 10 times; I used Fastfix and GPS test for ten minutes or so, and yet my Mi-1S doesn't lock the satellites.

See my previous comment. Interestingly, the official chinese MIUI has the fm radio working.I have the same problem. Using GPS Test Plus, V5 M1S indeed has many more GPS signal received (including GLONASS)... but takes much longer time to lock.

dock4droid and zmooth are my fav app and they don't seems to work on the S2 Miui5 ROM. Both these apps have a hot spot on the screen where you can touch to launch certain menu or actions. They only seems to work when the app is opened. Once the apps are closed the "hot spot" are no longer active. I have checked and both apps/services are still running.
I suspect this is a MIUI5 issue as other they are working fine in other JB ROM.

Been using the unofficial HTC one s v5, its really stable been using as a daily driver. The only one issue I find has to do with themes, after applying a theme I must restart the device. Thanks for a great rom

same here. No boot animation, only black screen and the button light is on. Only flashed the ROM, no gapps or multi lang.
While flashing it says smth like:
Formating system
not formate system
I don't know if thats normal.

the gapps are not stable
the youtube get freeze after using 2/3 minutes on all videos
gmail not tested
google account disconnected and reconnected > same trouble

It cant be better sorry...
MIUIv5 for mione is so big and we have to delete everything what we can to fit /system partition size... Same reason why there is no multi for mione... Maybe its time to upgrade your phone or stay on v4... v4 is still working fine, dont worry it will not die with every new update...
