Is there any difference? You want 3.11.1 now then flash manually from Updater. Want wait and have ...a comfort for downloading OTA over net then wait. But depends if you use EN or multilang version.

You mean to power off and reboot the device once I've done the installation in system (1 or 2)..... so I can install the rom on the other system? (I have Mi2S)

Step 1. Flash MIUI
Step 2. Reboot phone after flashing in Step 1.
Step 3. Wait for Phone to boot
Step 4. Reboot to recovery
Step 5. Flash other .zip
