I installed the rom from twrp with the file on the phone and also the fix

Make sure that you not only have the latest TWRP,

but also when installing TWRP, you use the correct Fastboot commands, otherwise things may go wrong!

As I already wrote. For Xiaomi 14/Pro/Ultra series, there is no TWRP that can "decrypt data partition".
