You need the previous version of global weather app on xiaomi apk mirror. And than you can try on pc with adb command but maybe it do not works. You must try.
But i wonder why your weather app should not work

i downgraded skkk-TWRP from 6.3 to 5.6 to be able to install without error.

Manage to flash it finally.
#Power off the device
#Turn on the device using power button + Vol up to boot in recovery.
#Select Install and choose the file
#Swipe to flash and it works .
The gap on home screen is still here.

Seeing that my device is suspended can someone extract the launcher apk and share it pleaae
