It's a design choice by Xiaomi.
It doesn't affect nothing.

Do I have to update the ROM via fastboot everytime a new update is released? Since after I've downloaded the update on my phone, this message pops up telling me to download the ROM. And if so, do I have to factory reset the phone? Tks

You do not need to update.. It is your choice when to decide to update.
If you decide to upgrade you need to do so with the help of a PC.

Yes, for as long as you see "fastboot" in the downloaded rom file name.
If a new version is available, you can download and flash the new rom if you want to.

So for as long as i see that popup, only way to complete the update is by flashin the rom via fastboot?

Yes, you need to update with a PC.
You will not lose any data if you perform the update. No factory reset.
I've the same bug on my Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. Anyone know the fix or workaround? Thanks in advanced.

before searche for ur device enter bluetooth on ur phone an the let the car searche for it an it will be found
just tryed on my kadjar an if i just turn on bluetooth it cant be found
but if i enter bluetooth before a searche it find it

Invalid - Facebook and Instagram FC all the time
Hi, I installed WEEKLY 22.4.7 weekly on my Xiaomi Mi11 Ultra Facebook and Instagram are FC all the time. I have restarted the phone and it didnt help.

I dont know how to make in background, but i know in official MIUI 13 it instantly show icon when i use microphone in Google keyboard, Messenger etc, and camera on normal camera app, in this Rom it show nothing seems no working

We are not "official MIUI 13" and we're not trying to imitate the Global ROM. Our ROM mixes China ROM features with Global ROM ones, as well as our own features.
Another example is our usage of MIUI Permission Manager, rather than Google Permission Controller as it is on an official Global ROM.
Learn the features then, don't compare us to other ROMs.
