Mi 10 Ultra, I too have the call recording issue. Tried force closing as someone else mentioned, but no joy. I have currently turned it off.
Would it be OK to just reinstall last weeks beta over the top, until a fix is forthcoming, or would the 'roll-back' cause issues?
I'm guessing it has nothing to do with the wifi area zone, and linking to areas where it isn't deemed "allowable" to record calls?

Access call recorded call from call history and confirm permission again, open Recorder app and Call history again to get it work. You may need restart the phone

Go to apps and three dots on top and choose standard apps. Change settings.

thanks. but i know these options and alredy did it but still they are not opening automatically. i can open the app with the link after they opened in the browser firstly. there is a button on the address bar of the browser, says "open in the app" ... but cant open app directly with the related link.

I was wondering... why does my network icon show 5g even if I not in 5g? (I am sure I am not).

that depends on ur provider its the same on my phone
an that because the network support 5G data over 4G network

Hey, i just have a quick question , why does my phone always says that i have 5G but my internet speed is like i have 4g/4g+ , just once i had a real 5G connection (i'm not sure but i think i didn't had this problem with the official rom .)

5G and 4G is not about certain speed. Its connection technology. 5G might be 10mbit and 4G might be 200mbit in speedtests. This is about connection quality and speeds based on your contract. I will later check my F3 as well on 5G when outside (5G speeds are very bad with my provider when inside even though I have 5 bars).

See attached 5G (4 bars with band 20) and download speed of 0.5mbit because I'm inside and 150mbit on balcony with only 2 bars and band 7.

I've just tried installing an apk i downloaded but get the error message

"Install the app from a trusted source"

Also my Santander app only works once when making payment & then keeps giving an error message "Ooops something went wrong"

I have to keep clearing all data then logging in again

Definitely caused by Miui 13 as it was fine in Miui 12

Anyone know of a workaround?

Are you rooted or not not rooted? I have a whole bunch of banking apps, *****/wallet apps and credit card apps...none is giving me any issues on A12 and latest weekly builds. But also no issue on previous versions. Phone is not rooted.

Found a Bug that is REALLY annoying.
Device: Mi 11 Ultra weekly Beta 22.3.3

Everytime I use the sidebar in a fullscreen App, it wil darken down to the minimum. Thats rly funny when ur playing a competetive game and want to start the screen capture over the side bar or open another app as a floating window and ur not able to see anything on the screen.

If there is ANYTHING known how to bypass that, let me please know it. Have a nice Day guys.

The Camera isnt working correctly. Its not using the full 50MP.
My pictures used to be 20+MB. Now they are arround 8MB. And yes, HEIF is deactivated. And yes, I tried Pro mode and 50mp mode. And yes Picture quality is on high.

there is an app called Network Cell Info Lite that will tell you if you are really on 5G or not. I am in the US and this ROM did give me access to 5G while the global ROM did not. However I am not getting t-mobiles 5G UC (ultra capacity) which means that I am getting speed of only 80/50, while my pixel 6 which gets 5G UC is giving me speeds of 600/65. I am not sure if the difference is modem software or hardware capability.

its fine, the camera is still one of the best. Just wanted to let u guys know that something is holding it back (compared to like a rom from September last year) (just realized it earlier today)

Yeah I'm not rooted either. Im thinking of going back to Miui 12 dated 3.11.21 & just staying on it as everything worked fine then!

Bank app isn't a major issue as i can just use Chrome, it's the "Install the app from a trusted source" that's a deal breaker for me.

Miui 13 just has to much added security stopping things functioning properly. It even took away battery optimization

Bizarrely, I have got some call recordings back, but not all. I wonder if it has something to do with calls made/received over VoLTE or VoWiFi

I have no issue to install apps from other not trusted sources. Also I have the same settings on battery optimization as before (usually I do some manual adjustments on certain apps).

Yeah it's not all apps that do this. I've noticed the more legitimate ones are the problem. The eBay app being one. (The reason i want an older version is they've now forced it for the app to kick in when browsing on Chrome even though I've changed the app to "don't open links" in the settings
