I have 13.0.5.0 Stable Global version now. I'm planing to update to 14.0.22
Is it necessary to update first to 13.2.6.0 version before 14?
Or I can update directly from 13.0.5.0 to 14.0.22?

I found the reason. When I activate the battery saver it turns to 30 seconds. This was not the case in Miui 13

Actually, it was exactly the case for me in Miui13. Saver changed duration to 30s always.

No TWRP for 12x and android 13 yet so you install via fastboot

You need to install patched boot image via fastboot if you want Magisk..

The "windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format" will clear everything, use the "windows_fastboot_update_rom" if you just want to update (without cleaning everything)

must be due to the dirty flash, my 11 ultra is going to sleep. can you give more details? btw i clean flashed.

patch the boot.img from downloaded zip file then install magisk app in the system and patch that boot.img in magisk manager.
flash the patched img file via fastboot

There's a lot of misinformation going around regarding your questions above. There is TWRP available for your phone (Xiaomi 12X, right?) and you can install Magisk through it. You just cannot install the ROM via TWRP (and you shouldn't install TWRP through fastboot - rather from within itself).
Follow my steps from this post TO THE LETTER except using
twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.5_A12-psyche-skkk.img
