Every time mopening TWRP and after Redmi and again. My pgone been very hot

How do I fix this problem? i can't do recovery, i can't do factory settings

Because twrp not compatible with Android 12.
Use the factory reset from settings > my device > factory reset

Yes, but then I flashed it without root. I think this could not be the reason because it does not load further than Redmi

Try once more with a FRESH extracted copy of the zip.
If that doesn't work, you have to use the data format script

I downloaded a new copy an hour ago, but it didn't help me. If I use the firmware with data cleaning, will the TWRP be deleted from me?

Fresh installed to F3 on a clean MIUI Global. 1st Time it bootet up to Recovery, so I wiped all as recommended.
MIUI EU starts but after initial settings dialouge it crashes to Recovery again and again. What did I wrong ?

You don't need the twrp as it is useless for Android 12.
So whether it remains or not is irrelevant

As per the guide you linked in your comment the new ROM should be installed via PC. What will happen, if I install the new ROM from TWRP?

Try to read and understand.
Everything has been explained in the link.
Infact the 1st sentence of the post

You can't install the ROM using twrp
The installation will fail if you try to flash in TWRP
