Oh... I know exactly what I'm doing. Is the same hardware except for the periscope camera. With the monet PBRP you can change the "codename model" to vangogh and voilá. And to make the camera work, just disable the dual SAT option enabling lab options.

Don't worry, I won't share my "mod" to anyone, but monet and vangogh share exactly the same hardware except for the camera module and the codename.

OK Mr. I know exactly what I'm doing, in that case don't post any "bug" reports on our forums. What you're doing is beyond nonsense, forcing something to work doesn't make it correct. I'm surprised your device isn't bricked by now.

You can flash. But will fail to boot.

Update ok,working well.But,after that i tried to do twrp backup and its ended with this error.Any idea
createTarFork() process ended with ERROR=255

Twrp > advanced > copy log.
The log will be saved to your internal storage.

I remember that.
But he says it happens when backing up system partition.
@Iain_B had this issue with "data" partition.

So maybe different issue?

I think error 255 is the same.
I think the tarfork issue means that couldn't decrypt the specific file to back it up with the tar format (tnx @Poney70 for the info). It's ~all in the previous rom thhread.

Nah, clean flash might not help. Eh, anyways, you ~just have to delete a single file from twrp file manager before backing up. For me the file was empty, so ~no problem for me.

When backing up the data partition, it hangs on the folder Data\extm -.
The problem can be solved by deleting this folder via the TWRP Advanced File Manager

as I do not use dual APP's, the folder was empty!

this folder is recreated after system start-up - so it must be deleted before every backup until the error is eliminated one day!

Exactly the same with my lmi! Never used dual space, but empty /data/extm directory was there.

Try backup with this twrp . If fails send me the recovery.log.
