hello I have the pocof3 and when I click on the update_rom.bat the cmd window opens and nothing happens,the phone is in fastboot. I re-downloaded the zip file twice but the problem persists, what should I do?

I don't understand I extracted the archive and started the bat file in this folder, where am I wrong?

EDIT: solved windows had installed the wrong bootloader drivers

Yup, with the proper tools we utilized compression without losing any build time. This also allowed us to fix MIX 4 flashing using TWRP issue, which doesn't seem to support ZIP64 (4GB or larger) archives.

But shouldn't all roms be smaller then, because the compression affects all roms. e.g. the weekly rom for the Redmi Note 8 is not smaller and the rom for the Poco f3 is only 100mb smaller.

I flashed weekly patch on my MI 11 device and for now I have encountered unexpected application crashes.
Do not work:
- Messages from MIUI (I was forced to use google messages)
- Brave browser (only black screen and does nothing)
Even after clearing the cache and data, I was unable to reset.

* Sometimes when unlocking, a black screen appears and will stay that way until I swipe down and enter the settings in my control bar.
* Night mode still has problems with third parties and does not work properly.

I hope that in the next updates the bugs will be fixed, and I will try to send feedback if there are any more bugs.

Not necessarily. Depends on the contents. That's how compression works.

thanks dev! I dirty flash A12 on mi 11 lite 5g. The game cannot find the path location where the OBB file is located. I tried finding it with file manager, it's still there! I usually play LOL mobile

Yes the problem was the fastboot drivers of the phone not correctly installed by Windows 10 (I don't know why) and I solved it by selecting them in the device manager with manual update, now it worked correctly and updated the phone. thank you all

Xiaomi Mi 11, dirty flash

The camera doesn’t work anymore. As soon as I take a picture, the app crashes. The captured image cannot be saved. No pictures are saved, which I download via Pinterest, for example.

Screenshots don’t work anymore. When I try to make one, it says “Couldn’t save. ” Besides, I can’t get the crash report.

A reboot, cache and clearing data didn’t help, as well as using another camera app.

• MIUI massages works for me
• no problem unlocking the screen
• dark mode works perfectly
• the system animations are a bit sluggish
• No initialization of the SIM card after the first restart

I come from 21.9.28 weekly.
A few hours ago I installed the 10.21.20 A12 fastboot rom on my poco F3 and have no problems or crashes.
Everything works fine so far, only the microphone symbol in the status bar annoys me
