Yes , it doesn't work , it's freezing with this update..

Hit several times to android version , turn around the circle 3 times and will activated..
Then you can choose it from control center settings , but has problem with this version..

Yes the Easter egg is not behaving well. On RN8 it crashed the phone on first activation. After reboot it shows but clicking any items opens a grey screen and nothing, the items are flashing... In summary do not turn on, doesn't work.

Can't boot after flashing stable to weekly and vice-versa because of different bases (developer vs stable )
After flashing You have to do a factory reset or format data if factory reset doesn't let you boot
But in other threads I read, that a dirty flash from stable to weekly is possible, because it's like an update. In the other direction you have to wipe. What's right now?

my expirience from 2 days of usage:
*laggy animations
*battery life good, not excelent
*laggy fingerprint
maybe a couple of months with new updates anda we have a winner, from now, i stay in the android 10 version for mi9t pro

Hi there,

I'm on 20.12.9 on Redmi Note 8 (ginkgo).

Is it safe to upgrade to the new version?
Is there any problem with this new version?
What is the best way to do it? Via adb?

Thanks in advance.

Redmi K30 5G updated
All fine, no problems.
I only detect some lag in the home screen transitions
Many thanks to the developers

@JKwonder Well, either way, you're ~gonna be a beta tester, nandroid backups (at least) are very easy and maybe "life" saving. (It takes about 15 mins for such a backup...) Also, learning new ways of overcoming such problems (like moving to other roms, backing up, unbricking, flashing etc.) ~are a nice part of all this process (~as long as you're ~not struggling all the time..).

I ~dunno what exactly you're doing and get this, but check this guide:
(The flashing and the twrps sections.)
(Is it any old twrp or pin causing it?)
