And sometimes when i unlock or back to main screen wallpaper is blurred

On my MI9 they are working perfectly. Do you use another launcher than the default launcher ?
Perhaps it will help if you install all from scratch.

I did a format data and flashed the rom, now it only boots to recovery. Any suggestions? I'm looking into it right now

Steps: in TWRP > "Format Data" button (with 'yes') > Reboot to Recovery > Flash the ROM and reboot

Hello, i installed the latest Beta on my Mi9SE. But when i wanted to boot Into system after Update, it Always booted into recovery. Only way to get into miui was by booting into bootloader and using fastboot boot twrp.img
After that command it boots into miui but without WiFi, camera ....any Suggestions what to do?
