are you sure you waited long enough? The first reboot after an installation can sometimes take very, very long

Did you format data? The option you have to write yes. You will lose all your data. Latest TWRP?

don't know, just rebooting... Battery was okay in last build, but still worse than in 11Roms. When freaking out, often reboot helps, like in CyanogenMod/lineageos...
