I am currently running MIUI 11 EU stable on my Mi9. Can someone tell me what to wipe before I install this rom? Whick partitions to wipe? Everything working fine?

It would be good but I wanted the MI apps to be replaced instead.

You are lucky, for Mi 9 device you don't need to "Format Data" (not wipe /data) and can dirty flash latest Weekly ROM over Stable.

But "Format Data" is recommended if you have issues.

That sounds like a risk. Hope it's one that's worth taking. Gonna backup anyway but would save me time if it works. Thank you.

I don't have a Mi 9 but a Mi 9T.
Super Wallpapers should be available and working on your device, battery life is a bit worse on MIUI 12...
Better use alternative launcher (like Nova launcher) because there are reports about lags when opening apps.

can this dark mode be repaired somehow? when I turn on global dark mode, the status bar turns black in applications. especially in Chrome.

You wipe nothing, only install over your current ROM.

Don't know where you can see this "Global dark mode" option, it's not available...
I don't know how to disable it on MIUI 12, so it's only a partial fix.

Unfortunately, the miui is getting worse and worse .. I am on the miui 11 because miui 12 is too bugged for me.
In addition, lag in google feed is terrible.

I have a lot of bugs with this update.

1. A black square appears when connect phone to my car's radio (attached picture)

2. Sometimes the gestures in screen to switch between apps or go to desktop don't work.

3. It takes some time to load data in any app after open it.

Is someone else having these problems?

I hope they are fixed in next update.

Other than that, thanks to all developers for their amazing job.

Ram management in this versione is awful.
Sometimes I have only 750mb of free ram and my phone freeze!
Oh...and I have a mi9!
