I do feel a lot of lag still while opening apps exiting app and scrolling . And memory usage is still high

Great version, lots of fixes. There's just one very annoying thing compared to MIUI 11 and that's the "global dark mode" option that's missing in the menu. If you search for it in settings you find it, but it's not visible/toggle-able.

Finally, banking apps problem has been solved. Go to App behaviour > Permissions > Get Device info, and allow it.

This doesn't help me out with my banking app
