Hi, I'm new in the community and I want to ask just one question because I'm really naive about it, but why do the testing of Android 10 has taken so long on the Redmi Note 8? I'm asking nicely, because I know the Mi A3 has the same SoC and well, we know how that went but it's already updated. And MIUI 12 was delayed because of testing. I'm sorry for my ignorance.

Sorry, you can not ask this question here because answer is to come from Xiaomi global China and not from Xiaomi eu custom rom.

thanks guys very good job as always. on my mi9tpro device with dirty installation I find an annoying problem. I sent photos from gallery sometimes it takes some time to reply with the apps I want to send it, telegram, WhatsApp, Drive. I don't know if you are aware. otherwise it feels great.

Does following the steps work to roll back to MIUI 11 Stable rooms? Thanks!

1. Open TWRP .
2. Format Data
3. Reboot the system to Recovery again.
3. Drop the ROM zip file to phone's internal storage
4. Flash ROM.
5. Reboot

I am also facing this. Did mean full screen gesture?

Already tried disabling this but did not solve, showing below error though all permissions are provided. These are two different banking apps showing different errors.

Hope this will solve in the tomorrow's public beta release.

I'm finding 2 things annoying, one of them is the black font and the another one is this toolbar in the recent tasks. The color of the font depends from the wallpaper but in some cases like this it won't work right.

Yes, it works fine for me (Clean Install on Mi 9T) ... while configuring it, i had to switch off the fullscreen gestures, because Gpay is allergic against overlays, but once it is configured, i switched them back on and it works like normal.

Yes, I've tried uninstall and install from play store but same result. This was perfectly working on the last MIUI 11 build. After this MIUI 12 update this apps are behaving like I've installed just now and showing those pictures like error.

In fact, I did not notice a single real functional failure, which is amazing for a first version. There are some more or less annoying bugs, but nothing that doesn't work at all.

This is also happening on my mi 8 se.
Our local bca banking apps shows error message that the sim card is not available, please insert sim card
I have my sim card inserted and full bar of 4g signal

Try with magisk and then magisk hide modules

Mi 8 here, color scheme and reading mode stopped working and the colour of the screen stays dull and doesn't change. It happened after I turned location on for weather app.
This is the second time I try flashing it to fix this bug

Yes is a bug, but here a workaround .
Disable show the fringerprint when screen is off and It is fixed.

Anyone else feeling like the phone is slow? It does not feel smooth when changing between applications. I have a MI 8 and I did a dirty install from the last MIUI 11 beta. Should I do a clean install or is it a common error on the Mi 8?
