Yes if you already have this TWRP recovery installed:
TWRP-3.4.2B-1206-XIAOMI10PRO-CN-wzsx150.img

If you don't have it then install ROM 20.12.10 and next time you won't have any issue booting to TWRP recovery in any way

You have to download the latest 1206 twrp for CMI and flash it .. then you're ready to go ..

Mi10. I ask about Flashify, cos till now i flashed recovery always with that without trouble.

Flasing new recovery with flashify is ok. Working well. Now can i flash with that twrp from 20.6.18 Mi10 to this version dirty?

Forget all of this , you have the device with a big issue with twrp ..
If you're not familiar with fastboot and adb or fastboot commands , you can go until 20.9.24 without issues ..
If you flash the latest rom 20.12.10 then your twrp will change automatically to a new twrp that doesn't support decryption and you will need an OTG usb to flash roms ..
Or else you can boot to a working twrp ( 0623 or 1206 ) , only by fastboot mode and with command ..
fastboot boot twrp.img , and wait 70 seconds to load ..

Flashify can't help you after installation of 20.12.10..
