good evening I downloaded the version 20.11.12 for me 10 which had the version 20.11.15 I went to ota I selected the package asked me to reboot in twrp I gave ok, but and started in fastboot mode.
I installed the new twrp and it gives me that I have no file what did I do?

That's normally because is decrypted. You can flash future updates only per usb-otg.

Put the downloaded rom into usb, you need usb/otg to update

Download the 0623 twrp an boot from fastboot. Than it's encrypted.

just doing in adb commands: fastboot boot name-of-twrp.img, there is no need to flash over it

Yes - no problem at all. It decrypts, and does everything that it should do (as far as I know!) For the moment anyway
I have not touched the TWRP that came with this week's ROM, so that is still in memory.
So I still have my TWRP backup, Titanium backup, and my MyPhoneExplorer backup. So I am fairly well covered!

What. How did you do that, i dont understand. This weeks update auto update the twrp? You Just removed the twrp.img from the zip off 20.11.12?

after it went into fastboot mode I installed this twrp TWRP-UMI-A11-202011102238-ONLY-AFTER-20.11.5.7z from abd. now when i go to install i can't find any files anymore. thnx

Same here. Thanks a lot for this great update.
New TWRP also works fine. I could go into Recorvery on phone select language (you have to chose the botton right side, third from top, chose on top the ball and you will find your language).

I succeed in downloading and opening recovery twrp
but i cannot copy the new rom 11-12 to mu mi 10. Every time ít sáy material not found or has been unplugged
So can you describe the whole procedure hơ to install the new xiaomi rom ?

That's the recovery that's you need. Put the file to adb folder. Than fastboot boot twrp.img and you can encrypted your data again.
